The Districts Make The Difference 2024 Student Video Scholarship Contest was open to U.S. high school students in all 50 states. The contest is now closed for 2024. The purpose of the annual contest is to raise awareness and promote civic education among the nation's youth as they embark upon adulthood and become participants in government.
